LABoral is the only existing facility in Spain dedicated, from its very conception, technological culture, artistic research, production, training, exhibition and dissemination of art and the creative industries. Represents a new model for arts center whose programming are essential to support the proposal of strategies for participation and dialogue in the same intersection of art and industrial creation. To achieve these objectives, the relationship with the immediate environment-Asturias, regional and society-Asturian artists and collaboration with institutions with similar objectives are moving pillars.

Programming LABoral Art and Industrial Creation of the concept of culture as a way for development, and reflects the dramatic changes experienced by society and his immersion in the current visual culture. Motor activity is the belief that museums and art centers should promote knowledge, foster creativity and facilitate access of all people to the knowledge society, understanding that this is the only way to achieve improved living standards of citizens, sustainable wealth creation and economic transformation of society into a more free, educated and trained.
